Doug Craddock — UPDATED
Doug Craddock, age 56, of Warsaw, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, after a six-year battle with ALS. He was born on Feb. 10, 1969, to Laren and Carolyn Craddock, in Warsaw. Doug lived a life filled with passion and kindness, as he inspired those around him with his caring nature and unwavering smile.
He was a graduate of Warsaw Community High School, Class of 1987. Doug dedicated many years to his career as an arbitration manager at Michiana Auto Auction and A&R Motors. His love for cars was evident not only in his work but also in his enthusiasm for car shows. He loved going to the Indianapolis 500 with his buddies every year. He also enjoyed time spent on Chapman Lake with his friends. Doug was a source of inspiration to many, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. His generous spirit and positive attitude left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Laren and Carolyn Craddock, of Warsaw, and he was a loving brother to his sister, Angela Fiorentino, of Columbia City. Doug’s family also included his cherished niece, Skyla Parker; his great-niece, Willow; nephew, Hunter Fiorentino; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Doug was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alen and Eileen Tanner, and Obie and Claudia Craddock. Their legacy lives on through the loving family he leaves behind and the countless memories shared with friends and loved ones.
A gathering for Doug will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 6, at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw, followed by his Life Celebration at 1 p.m., with Pastor Randall Myers of Stillwater Hospice speaking. Doug will be remembered not just for his determination in facing ALS but for the love and light he brought into the lives of so many. His spirit will continue to inspire, and he will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.
