Frank Sterling Daniels, 40, 1352 E. 300N, Warsaw, is charged with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On Aug. 14, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a physical disturbance at a Warsaw residence.
Bach told police she was in a relationship with Daniels for the last few months and that Daniels left her to date Bentley, her sister.
According to court documents, Bach said she and Daniels owned a vehicle together, and that Daniels told her he wanted it. Bach disagreed with and pushed Daniels. She told police she and Bentley hit each other, then Daniels allegedly pushed her and spit on her.
A video of the incident showed Bach pursing her lips in preparation to spit, then lurching her head forward toward Daniels. It also showed Daniels spitting on Bach and Bach punching Daniels’ left arm.
Daniels told police Bach spit on him first.
Two children at the scene said they saw Daniels damage a vehicle and witnessed Bach, Daniels, and Bentley fighting.
Officers noticed a scrape on Bach’s left leg that she indicated she received when Daniels pushed her to the ground. She also complained of facial pain from being punched by Daniels.
Bach, Bentley, and Daniels have all been arrested and released on bond.
