David Hal Whitman, 73, Warsaw, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025.

He was born Feb. 28, 1952, in Bryan, Ohio. His wife, Carmen (Krohn) Whitman, whom he married June 4, 1988, survives.

He also is survived by three daughters, Shawna Brown, Garden City, Mich., Sarah Mackey, West Bloomfield, Mich., and Adrienne Krohn, Elkhart; five grandchildren; and siblings, Dan (Gladys) Whitman and Sandi Caswell, both of Toledo.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
