Upon speaking with Nkosi, officers detected the smell of marijuana. The woman said Nkosi kept marijuana in a box inside a closet.
Nkosi initially said the incident was only verbal, then admitted to hitting a phone out of the woman’s hand. He provided a box containing marijuana cigarettes and THC cartridges to police. Nkosi also had a vape with a THC cartridge on his person.
Nkosi has already been arrested and released on bond. He has an initial hearing at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, in Kosciusko Superior Court Three.
