Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:40 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2600 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Theft occurred from Mex Express Grill. Value of $210.

• 9:02 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. A phone and purse were stolen.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 5:06 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 7000 block of North CR 550E, Rochester. A man was reported on his stepmother’s property with a chainsaw. The stepmother requested trespass.

• 1:39 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2000 block of Sweetgum Road, Rochester. A property dispute was reported with an issue with withholding property. Officers informed parties that it was a civil matter.
