Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s office investigated the following incident:

• 10:38 pm. Saturday, Aug. 9, 9400 block SR 13, Syracuse. Police were called regarding a man brandishing a weapon that led to an arrest for multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. A 2004 Ford F15 was stolen by the suspect and crashed into a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, then abandoned after crashing it into a tree. A 2001 Dodge. Dakota was damaged after the suspect hit it with an axe.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11, 800 block East Market Street and South Wood Street, Warsaw. A vehicle owned by Damien Tiahuetl was damaged along with several NIPSCO poles following an accident.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:18 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, 1700 block Chestnut Street, Winona Lake. Jefter Pereira reported damage to his residence.
