WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill two people.
Ted Jefferson Hight, 31, 76 EMS C24E Lane, Warsaw, is charged with two counts of intimidation, both level 6 felonies.
On June 28, officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Warsaw Police Department responded to a report of an unwanted person at a Warsaw residence.
According to court documents, a woman said Hight threatened to burn a house down and kill two men who were in the backyard.
One of the men said Hight walked through the yard while yelling. Hight allegedly told the men he would “kick their butts and kill them.” The second man corroborated the first man’s statement about what occurred.
Hight told police words were said, and they were not meant to hurt anyone.
Hight was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on July 25.
