INDIANAPOLIS — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the abduction of Destanee Williams.

Destanee Williams

She is a 19-year-old black female who is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has black and blue hair with brown eyes.

Cieyon Wheeler

She was last seen at 3 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8, in Indianapolis and is believed to be in extreme danger.

The suspect, Cieyon Wheeler, is a 28-year-old black male. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair with brown eyes.
