David William Howell, 48, Milford, died at 7:35 a.m. Sunday, July 20, 2025.

He was born Aug. 10, 1976, in Peoria, Ill.

He is survived by his parents, Daniel Lee and Barbara Jane (Hunt) Howell, Kuttawa, Ky.; former wives, Marcie Horn and Amy Stout; brother, Michael (Clara) Howell; children, Ashton (Tiffany) Howell, Dalton Hernley, Carson Howell and Hunter Howell; a grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
