Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 1:17 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, US 30, east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jennifer L. Johns, 46, Circlewood Drive, Fort Wayne. Johns’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

• 2:22 p.m. Monday, July 21, 945 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Driver: Rebecca A. Bornman, 71, North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse. Bornman said she had a lot on her mind. Her vehicle hit a parked vehicle. She left a note with her contact info on the parked vehicle and left. Damage up to $10,000.
