Fort Wayne Man Arrested For Allegedly Driving Under The Influence

WARSAW — A Fort Wayne man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence with three people in his vehicle, including a child.
Zane Michael Rogers Lampman, 26, Fort Wayne, is charged with operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of 0.15 or more with a passenger under the age of 18 and neglect of a dependent, both level 6 felonies; and operating a vehicle with an ACE equivalent to 0.15 or more and driving while suspended prior, both class A misdemeanors.
On June 27, a Warsaw Police officer was patrolling on Anchorage Road when he noticed a vehicle drive left of center and pulled its driver over. The driver was identified as Lampman, who had two women and a child as passengers.
According to court documents, the officer noticed Lampman was exhibiting physical signs of intoxication. He also admitted his driver’s license was suspended.
Lampman failed several field sobriety tests and tested 0.21% BrAC on a certified chemical test.
Lampman has a prior judgment against him for driving while suspended in Whitley County in July 2021.
Lampman was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on June 27.
