Warsaw Man Arrested On Multiple Drug Charges

WARSAW — William Paul Clutter, 45, 340 E. Levi Lee Road Lot 70, Warsaw, was arrested after officers searched his residence and discovered drugs. He has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe, and maintaining a common nuisance, all level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
On June 23, officers with the NET 43 Drug Task Force were asked to assist the Kosciusko County Probation Department with a home visit in Warsaw.
According to court documents, probation officers received information about Clutter using drugs while he was on probation.
Upon searching a room belonging to Clutter, officers found several items of paraphernalia that tested positive for meth, and a syringe that tested positive for fentanyl.
Clutter was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on June 23. He has a status conference at 8:30 a.m. July 24, in Kosciusko Superior Court One.
