Connie Grace (Smith) Ayers, 84, Lakeville, died at 11:28 a.m. Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Trailpoint Village, South Bend.

She was born Aug. 7, 1940, in Lakeville.

She is survived by two daughters, Angela (Edwin) Rebak, Osceola, and Kimberly Flynn, Mishawaka; two sons, Larry Butler, South Bend, and Scott (Karla) Flynn, Hobe Sound, Fla.; eight grandchildren and their families; two brothers, Dewayne Smith and Ray Smith, both of South Bend; and many nieces and nephews.

Palmer Funeral Home, Guisinger Chapel, South Bend, is handling arrangements.
