• 2:12 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 20000 block of CR 44, New Paris. Cameron Riley reported fraudulent activity between noon and 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 13.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:06 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 100 block of East Carroll Street, Syracuse. Michelle Cole reported the theft of clothing. Value of $100.

• 10:49 a.m., Wednesday, May 14, 200 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Police investigated damage to a signpost and two street signs owned by the town of Syracuse. Value of $350.

• 2:46 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 500 block of West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Police investigated a report of domestic battery.

Winona

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 5:01 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 100 block of Lakeview Drive, Winona. Police responded to a dispute over an adult daughter moving out of the residence.

• 3:17 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 400 block of Auditorium Boulevard, Winona Lake. Police received a report of intimidation.
