Patrick Charles “Charlie” Belcher, 64, died Monday, May 12, 2025, in Fort Wayne.

He was born Sept. 3, 1960, in Pike County, Kentucky. On May 29, 1982, he married Deborah, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his daughters, Nicole Grimmett (Michael O’Connell) and Ashley Belcher (Cody Statzer); three grandchildren; and eight siblings.

Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Milford, is handling arrangements.
