News Release
SYRACUSE — Aluminum Insights, a leading manufacturer based in Syracuse, has officially broken ground on a major expansion of its facility to accommodate the company’s continued growth.
This $9 million investment will increase the company’s capacity by adding 45,000 square feet of new manufacturing and shipping space. The expansion is designed to house new automated equipment from Italian equipment manufacturer, Presezzi Extrusion, and will significantly boost warehousing capacity to meet the increasing demand from customers.
Aluminum Insights was founded in 2021 by Jeff Miller, Niles Graber Alvarez and Steve Brenneman, who remain active owners and operators of the company.
“We are excited about this expansion, which will help us better serve our customers and continue our growth,” said Brenneman, business development lead at Aluminum Insights. “Our customers’ ongoing support has been crucial to our success. As we build long-term relationships, their requests for expanded capacity have driven this investment. The community of Syracuse has been behind us every step of the way, and we look forward to continuing our work here.”

Miller, CEO, added, “when we set out to be the employer of choice in this community and industry, we knew having the right culture and environment to develop a top-tier team would be key to our success. We are incredibly grateful for the talented and dedicated team that has come together to make this expansion possible.”
He continued, “with best-in-class equipment and our commitment to maintaining a safe, high-quality environment, we are not only investing in our facility, but also in this team of high performing individuals. Our profit-sharing plan allows employees to directly participate in the growth and success of Aluminum Insights, making this expansion a win for everyone.”
The facility expansion, slated to be completed by the end of 2025, will further enhance Aluminum Insights’ ability to deliver the innovation, quality, and service that have enabled rapid growth in an industry that has remained stagnant for several years.
