Man Arrested For Allegedly Sending Threatening Emails To Child Support Division

WARSAW — A Fort Wayne man was arrested after allegedly sending threatening emails to the Kosciusko County Child Support Division.
Casey Wade Collins, 40, Fort Wayne, is charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony; and harassment, a class B misdemeanor.
On April 22, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office detective spoke with employees in the county prosecutor’s child support division regarding threatening emails from Collins.
According to court documents, in an email sent on April 18, Collins stated, “You are not [allowed] to keep my children away from me without someone dying.” He made a similar threat in an email to the child support division on April 19.
Collins has already been arrested and released on bond. He has an initial hearing at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, May 22, in Kosciusko Superior Court One.
