Claypool Teenager Arrested For Allegedly Using Knife To Threaten Man

CLAYPOOL — A Claypool teenager was arrested for allegedly using a knife to threaten a man.
Jonas Will Scott, 18, 6354 S. 700W, Claypool, is charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On April 26, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of Scott using a knife to threaten a man at a Claypool residence.
According to court documents, the man said Scott caused a verbal argument. As the incident escalated, Scott pointed a blade at the man and threatened him.
Earlier in the day, the man drove Scott to a medical facility to get checked out. While the man was driving, Scott allegedly leaned over and grabbed the man by his collar. When the man exited his vehicle to try to get directions on his phone, Scott exited the vehicle, knocked the man to the ground, and started kicking his back.
Scott has already been arrested and released on bond.
