CLAYPOOL — A Claypool man was arrested for allegedly battering a woman.
Austin Lee King, 33, 517 E. 800S, Claypool, is charged with strangulation and domestic battery with a prior conviction, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On May 13, 2024, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a report of a fight at a Claypool residence involving King and Ashlee Brown.
