Thor industries. I cannot believe the nonsense word salad offered up by Mr. Martin. Not once did he mention the quality control issues that have put the overall RV industry in the red.

Stop gluing cardboard together and selling it for 100K and then ignore the costumer and deny/delay warranty work. With the brands at Thor continuously being ranked the worst of the worst, you should look to restoring some level of customer service and quality instead of throwing up a word salad trying to appease the shareholders.
