On March 13, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a report of intimidation in Leesburg. An employee for the Town of Leesburg said he was experiencing numerous issues with Timmons.
According to court documents, the employee said Timmons spoke with him about a marker stick being removed from an area. When the employee told Timmons the area was public property, Timmons allegedly used derogatory language toward the employee and said he would “get him.”
Timmons then pointed his finger at the employee and said he would go to his house and shoot him.
