Henry W. “Hank” Kiefer, 94, Bremen, died Monday, April 14, 2025, The Waters of Wakarusa.

He was born June 13, 1930. His first wife, Janet Sue (Ernsberger) Kiefer, whom he married Sept. 16, 1956, preceded him in death in 2011. On Jan. 1, 2014, he married Gloria Mae Smith (Volquardsen), who preceded him in death in 2024.

He is survived by three sons, John (Sandra) Kiefer, Bremen, James (Melody), Elk Rapids, Mich., and David (Beth), Birmingham, Mich., as well as Gloria’s daughter, Pamela (Tom) Reed, Syracuse, and son Michael (Melanie) Smith, Pierceton; daughter-in-law, Debbie Smith, Creedmor, N.C.; many grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen, is handling arrangements.
