Dick Eugene Boocher, 79, rural South Whitley, died at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester.

He was born Sept. 22, 1945, in Wabash County.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert (Tamara) Boocher, Pierceton, and Marilyn Perryman, Rensselaer; and many nieces and nephews.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Miller Chapel, South Whitley, is handling arrangements.
