Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:
- 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 1700 block of West Russell Avenue, Warsaw. Criminal mischief was done to Kathryn D. Van Ness-Brown’s yard ornament, rose bush and solar lights.
Claypool
Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 6:46 p.m. Monday, April 14, 200 block of West Calhoun Street, Claypool. Residential entry was reported.
Mentone
Officers with the Mentone Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:49 a.m. Monday, April 14, 300 block of West Section Street, Claypool. A police vehicle belonging to Mentone was damaged.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 11:24 a.m. Monday, April 14, 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Jairo Hernandez-Monar lost a wallet with money, debit and credit cards and documents.
- 7:59 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 200 block of East CR 250N, Warsaw. A Glock BB gun was found.
- 3:46 p.m. Friday, April 11, 100 block of Cherry Street, Warsaw. Linda M. Federspiel had money stolen. Value of $1,650.
Elkhart County
Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 12:54 p.m. Friday, April 11, 72000 block of CR 123, New Paris. Ezra Hochstetler reported someone entered his barn and stole several items.
- 11:44 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 18000 block of Barrington Drive, New Paris. Elizabeth Hunsberger reported two teenagers kicked in her front door as a prank and broke her door.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:10 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 65000 block of SR 15, Goshen. Steven Nissley, 50, 802 E. Center St., Warsaw, was stopped for a traffic violation and was arrested and released at the scene on pending charges of possession of marijuana.
