Three Area Residents Injured Near Nappanee

NAPPANEE — A Leesburg resident and two Milford residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon, April 14. The crash occurred at CR 15 and CR 46, five miles from Nappanee’s city limits.
Holly Lu Yoder, 72, Leesburg, complained of chest pain and had trouble breathing. She was taken to Goshen Hospital.
Rosemary Ann Wagoner, 67, Milford, was flown to South Bend Memorial for back and neck pain and trouble breathing. Her injuries were listed as non life-threatening.
Phillip Wagoner, 38, Adam Street, Milford, sustained a laceration to his left hand and was taken to Goshen Hospital.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, Yoder was southbound in a 2016 Honda Accord, when she drove the vehicle left of center, hitting the Wagoner vehicle. Wagoner was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Impala, northbound. After impact the Chevrolet rolled over.
