ANSWER: KRISTIN RUDE

I was born and raised in Warsaw, Ind., and have been fortunate to call this community home my entire life. After attending Warsaw Community Schools, I graduated in 2006 through a homeschool program and quickly began my career at Cardinal Services as a Direct Support Professional. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various roles, including Day Services Manager, Qualified Disability Professional and currently, KABS General Manager.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to three children, aged 7 to 17, and have a deep passion for animals and a strong commitment to helping others. I’m driven in both my professional and personal life by a desire to make a positive impact on the well-being of others and create meaningful change.
