Rochester Teenager Arrested For Domestic Battery

ROCHESTER — A Rochester teenager was recently arrested for allegedly battering a woman.
Tristan Miller, 18, 705 E. 4th St. Lot 73, Rochester, is charged with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On April 3, a Rochester Police officer responded to a report of an injured woman. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer spoke with the woman, who had a deep open wound on the right side of her forehead.
According to court documents, the woman said Miller hit her with a stick.
A relative at the scene said she had an argument with the woman, which led to Miller going into a room to grab a piece of wood and hitting the woman at least three times.
Miller admitted to hitting the woman and said he did so because an argument had occurred.
Miller was booked in the Fulton County Jail on April 3.
