• 4:02 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 10200 block North CR 425W, Milford. Lyle Schwartz reported fraud.

• 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 1700 block West CR 1350N, Milford. Phillip Miller, with Borkholder Archery, reported fraud.

• 12:05 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2800 block East Church Street, Warsaw. David Swain reported the theft of firearm accessories. Value: $440.84.

• 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 8200 block East US 30, Pierceton. Haydin Rodriguez reported a hit and run accident. Damage up to $1,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 7:18 p.m., Wednesday, April 9, 2400 block Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Officials with McDonald’s reported damage to a walls.
