Warsaw Man Arrested For Dealing Drugs To Undercover Officers

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested after dealing drugs to undercover officers.
Marcus Brent Lemaster, 54, 2441 W. 250S Lot 60, Warsaw, is charged with dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony.
Sometime in January, the NET 43 Drug Task Force conducted a controlled purchase of 1.6 grams of meth from Lemaster. The purchase was captured on digital surveillance.
Lemaster was previously convicted of dealing meth in Kosciusko County in January 2021.
Lemaster has already been arrested and released on bond. He has an initial hearing at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, April 17, in Kosciusko Superior Court One.
