You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of April, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Ryan Craft and Julie Martinez for vacation of the following described portion of an unnamed public way located within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:

The unnamed public way north of Lot 4 in Block 8 in the Plat of Wooster, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 4 in Block 8 in the Plat of Wooster, thence northerly and on an extension of the west line of Lot 4, thirty-three feet (33’) more or less to the southwest corner of the vacated north one-half of a vacated public way, thence easterly on and along the south line of the vacated north one-half of a vacated public way sixty-five feet (65’) to the point of intersection with the northerly extension of the east line of Lot 4, then southerly on such extension to the northeast corner of Lot 4 then westerly on and along the north line of Lot 4 sixty-five feet (65’), more or less to the point of beginning.
