Warsaw Man Arrested For Allegedly Dealing Fentanyl To Undercover Officers

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly dealing fentanyl to undercover officers.
Lydon John Smith, 40, 2530 Tippe Downs Drive, Warsaw, is charged with dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
Sometime in June 2024, the NET 43 Drug Task Force conducted a controlled purchase of 0.75 grams of fentanyl from Smith.
The controlled purchase was captured on digital surveillance.
Smith has already been arrested and released on bond.
