Milford Woman Arrested For Allegedly Stealing From Warsaw Walmart

WARSAW — A Milford woman was arrested for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Warsaw Walmart.
Sarah Catherine Stout, 34, 13266 N. 200W, Milford, is charged with theft, a class A misdemeanor; and theft with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony.
On March 8, a Warsaw Police officer responded to a theft report at Walmart. The officer located the suspect vehicle involved, pulled it over, and identified Stout as its driver.
According to court documents, Stout allegedly provided multiple stories about what occurred.
Merchandise from the store was located in Stout’s vehicle.
A Walmart asset protection employee said Stout entered the store, selected items, placed them in reusable bags, and left without paying for the merchandise.
The total loss to Walmart was $143.69.
Stout was previously convicted of theft in Elkhart County in August 2012.
Stout has already been arrested and released on bond.
