Phyllis P. (Mishler) Forsythe, 79, Plymouth, died Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

She was born May 11, 1945.

She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Forsythe, Walkerton; her sons, Phillip L. (Deneen) Forsythe, Virginia, Frank O.L. (Helen) Forsythe, Plymouth, and Greg L. (Tammy) Forsythe, Plymouth; her brother, William (Connie) Mishler, Georgia; several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
