Jon Wayne Van Horn, 77, Culver, died at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka.

He was born July 20, 1947. On Nov. 17, 1973, he married Rose Anna DePue, who survives.

He also is survived by his sons, Brandon (Krista), Dubuque, Iowa, and Jeffrey, Culver; brother, Harry R. Van Horn, Culver; sisters-in-law, Kathy Van Horn, Plymouth, and Paula Arvesen, Bremen; mother-in-law, Rosemary DePue, Winona Lake; and two granddaughters.

Odom Funeral Home, Culver, is handling arrangements.
