‘Operation Spring Clean Up’ Arrests 7, Removes 4 children after multiple raids

MARSHALL COUNTY — “Operation Spring Clean Up” was conducted Wednesday March 5, by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, assisted by the Plymouth Police Department. The agencies executed multiple search warrants in the city of Plymouth.
Seven people were arrested and four children turned over to the Indiana Department of Child Services.
At approximately 8 a.m. officers executed the first search warrant in the 300 block of North Plum Street. Officers located and arrested Mark Allen Weaver, 43, of Plymouth, on an outstanding warrant of dealing in methamphetamine as a level 2 felony with a $100,000 cash bond.
Officers also located and arrested Carrie Lynn Sanders, 44, of Plymouth, on an outstanding warrant of dealing in methamphetamine as a level 3 felony with a $30,000 cash bond.
Both individuals were transported to the Marshall County Jail.
At approximately 9.30 a.m. officers executed a second search warrant at the Country Place Apartments in Plymouth. Officers located and arrested Jason Clark Joseph, 49, of Plymouth on an outstanding warrant for probation violation on a previous dealing in methamphetamine conviction, and a warrant for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 2 felony with a $100,000 cash bond. He also received a new charge of dealing in methamphetamine as a level 3 felony and was given a $50,000 cash bond. He is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail.
Evidence obtained then led to an additional search warrant being executed at the residence. Officers then arrested Ashley Renee Holderman, 39, of Plymouth for possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent as level 5 felonies. She is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond.
Officers also arrested Shawna Leigh Menser, 49, of Plymouth and Harley Blount, 34, of Plymouth for maintaining a common nuisance as a level 6 felony. Both subjects are being held at the Marshall County Jail on $5,000 cash bonds.
The Indiana Department of Child Services responded to the scene and removed four juveniles from the home.
On Thursday March 6, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, assisted by the Plymouth Police, located and arrested John Franklin Matlock, 42, of Plymouth at the Economy Inn, in Plymouth. Matlock is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 3 felony. He has a $30,000 cash bond.
