WHITLEY COUNTY — Rolando Aguilera Jr., 28, Pittsburg Street, Fort Wayne, died in a two-vehicle crash Thursday, March 6. The crash occurred at 7:36 p.m. at the intersection of US 24 and SR 114.

According to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office, Aguilera was traveling east on US 24 in a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu when it struck the back of an eastbound 2013 Mack semitractor/trailer. The semitactor was driven by Anthony Boger, 24, CR 14-2, Wauseon, Ohio. Boger was not injured.

Damage to the vehicles was estimated up to $15,000.
