Two Arrested For Allegedly Stealing Over $7K In Merchandise From Lowe’s

WARSAW — Two people from Warsaw were recently arrested for allegedly stealing over $7,000 in merchandise from Lowe’s.
Adalid Andony Arita-Rosa, 41, 3762 W. Old Road 30 Lot 32, Warsaw, is charged with corrupt business influence, a level 5 felony; three counts of theft, all level 6 felonies; and five counts of theft, all class A misdemeanors.
Lisa K. Bradley, 59, 335 W. Baker St., Warsaw, is charged with corrupt business influence, a level 5 felony; three counts of aiding theft where the value of property is between $750 and $50,000, all level 6 felonies; and five counts of aiding theft, all class A misdemeanors.
On Jan. 22, a Warsaw Police officer responded to a theft report at Lowe’s. A loss prevention employee at the store said they believed Arita-Rosa was involved in a theft that occurred at Lowe’s on Jan. 13.
According to court documents, further investigation showed Arita-Rosa was involved in multiple thefts at Lowe’s from Nov. 26, 2024, to Jan. 13, 2025. Documents also state Arita-Rosa committed the thefts while going through the same employee’s cash register line during all of the incidents. The employee was identified as Bradley.
Surveillance footage from the store showed Arita-Rosa and Bradley hugging and patting each other on the back during several of the incidents. Footage also showed Arita-Rosa entering Bradley’s vehicle on Jan. 3.
The total value of the stolen merchandise during all of these thefts was $7,192.06.
In an interview on Feb. 19, Bradley said she assisted Arita-Rosa in placing orders for products and that he paid her a total of $500 over the last few months.
She told police she and Arita-Rosa had an agreement where if Bradley provided Arita-Rosa with a “deal” on products, then Arita-Rosa would “take care of her.”
Arita-Rosa was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on March 4. Bradley was booked in KCJ on March 6.
