Free Community Health Education Events In Milford

MILFORD — Livewell Kosciusko, The Milford Collective, and the town of Milford announce a series of free health education events open to the public, beginning at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 4.
These events will take place at 2 p.m. every Tuesday in March at the Milford Community Building and are designed to be inclusive for all ages.
Each session will offer engaging and educational opportunities for attendees, fostering learning and community connection. Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, explore topics, or simply enjoy a fun and interactive gathering, these events provide something for everyone. Sessions include: Living Well With Diabetes, Fuel and Move, Beat the Pressure, and Healthy Steps.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Live Well Kosciusko to offer these free educational opportunities to our community,” said Karena Wilkinson from The Milford Collective and the town of Milford. “With these programs, our goal is to bring people together, encourage lifelong learning, and promote health and well-being in a welcoming environment.”
