FORT WAYNE — Questa Education Foundation is presenting multiple opportunities to make college more affordable and accessible for students in Northeast Indiana.
Through its Traditional Scholars Program, Parkview Opportunity Scholars Program, and K21 Health Foundation funding, Questa is allowing students to pursue their dreams without worry of student debt. Applications are now open online, with additional options available to help students achieve their educational and career goals.
Traditional Scholars Program
High school seniors and current college freshmen planning to attend an Indiana college or university in the fall of 2025 can benefit from the Traditional Scholars Program. This program offers Northeast Indiana students the opportunity to borrow up to $5,000 per year, up to $20,000 for a four-year degree, through a unique forgivable loan structure. Here’s how it works:
- Fifty percent Loan Forgiveness: Students who earn their degree and live and work in Northeast Indiana for five years after graduation can have 50% of their Questa loan forgiven.
- Additional 25% Forgiveness: Graduates from one of Questa’s 12 regional partner schools can earn an additional 25% Questa loan forgiveness upon graduation.
With less debt and more financial freedom, students can focus on their future while contributing to the growth of Northeast Indiana.
Parkview Opportunity Scholars Program
For graduating high school seniors from Northeast Indiana pursuing various degrees at Ivy Tech Fort Wayne and Warsaw, the Parkview Opportunity Scholars Program offers specialized funding to support the next generation of professionals. Students participating can access 100% forgivable loans tailored to those committed to serving the local community by working at Parkview Health after graduation. K21 Health Foundation Funding Opportunities
Questa is also partnering with the K21 Health Foundation to provide funding opportunities for students from Kosciusko County pursuing careers in healthcare. This initiative aims to strengthen the regional healthcare workforce by giving students the financial support needed to achieve their educational goals. Like other Questa programs, K21 funding features forgivable loans that reward students who remain in Northeast Indiana after graduation.
Questa Scholar Programs support students pursuing certificates, associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees from an Indiana college or university. These programs invest in the future of students and the future of Northeast Indiana. By encouraging graduates to stay local, Questa helps build a skilled and thriving workforce in the community.
