SOUTH BEND — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a South Bend teenager.

The South Bend Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Zania Mason, a 15-year-old black female.

She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white puffer jacket, white shirt and black leggings.

Mason was last seen on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
