Seymour consulting firm acquired by Indianapolis-based Resolution Group

INDIANAPOLIS — Little Red River Consultants LLC, an environmental consulting firm headquartered in Seymour, has been acquired by Resolution Group, Inc., a civil engineering firm based in Indianapolis.
According to RGI, the move enhances its capabilities and expands its service offerings.
“At RGI, we are committed to innovation and delivering exceptional services to both public and private sector clients,” said RGI principal Dawn Replogle in a news release. “This acquisition strengthens that commitment, allowing us to provide an even wider range of solutions.”
Founded in 2008, RGI started as a technical staffing firm focused on placing CADD technicians, construction inspectors and other technician level professionals in civil engineering companies. The company has since grown into a full-service civil engineering firm, focusing on bridge design and inspection, roadways and water resources, among other areas. In the release, RGI said it has experienced 700% growth in the last five years.
The founder of Little River Consultants, Rachele Baker, will join RGI’s leadership as the Director of its new Environmental Services Group.
“We look forward to working with Rachele and her staff to deliver client projects with the quality and service they’ve come to expect from RGI,” Replogle said.
