WINONA LAKE — The Winona Lake Fire Department recently bestowed annual awards to personnel at its Dec. 7 Christmas party.
Brian Marshall received the distinction of being named Fireman of the Year for the department.
Fire Chief Kevin Gelbaugh earned the Service Award for the year.
