This is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn basic gardening principles to grow their own vegetables. They will then discover how to use their fresh produce to create a nutritious and delicious vegetable soup using the Instapot. Dinner is included. Image provided.

MENTONE — Purdue Extension Kosciusko County is excited to partner with Tippecanoe Valley High School to offer a hands-on workshop titled Garden to Table: Wholesome Vegetable Soup in the Instapot, taking place at Tippecanoe Valley High School 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21.
During this interactive workshop, participants will learn the basics of gardening, including tips and techniques for growing their own fresh vegetables. They will then use their homegrown produce to prepare a nutritious and delicious vegetable soup using the popular Instapot.
This workshop is a great opportunity to gain valuable gardening skills and explore new ways to create healthy meals from your garden. Plus, dinner is included.
