Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Northern Part Of Kosciusko County

WARSAW — The National Weather Service of Northern Indiana has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for northern Kosciusko County.
This advisory is in effect for anyone in the county north of US 30 from 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, to 1 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
Snow is expected, with total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Blowing and drifting snow as well as low visibility can also be expected.
Marshall and Noble Counties are also under a Winter Weather Advisory.
Elkhart County is under a Winter Storm Warning during the same timeframe as the advisory. The county could see total snow accumulations between 5 and 7 inches.
