Press Release
WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools invites every community members to be part of that story through “Together We Feed Them All,” a district-wide initiative to fill more than 350 family boxes with food and hope.
Through Dec. 12, the community will join together to ensure no child misses a meal during the extended school break.
“These boxes represent the heart of Warsaw,” said WCS Superintendent Dr. David Hoffert. “When we say ‘Together We Feed Them All,’ we’re writing a story of a community that refuses to let any child go hungry. Every donation, every packed box, every act of kindness adds another line to this powerful narrative of hope.”
The district-wide initiative aims to provide 350 families with essential food items to bridge the gap during winter break.
“This isn’t just about filling boxes with food,” said Edgewood Middle School Principal JoElla Hauselman. “It’s about filling our community with hope. When families receive these boxes, they’re receiving a message that says, ‘Your community cares, your children matter, and you’re not alone this winter break.'”
