Delilah Eileen Rose Goforth, 2, Wabash, died at 12:33 p.m. Satuday, Nov. 30, 2024, at home from injuries suffered in a house fire.

She was born May 5, 2022.

She is survived by her parents, Dustin M. Goforth and Natalie Brzozowski, both of Wabash; brother, Bentley Goforth, Wabash; maternal grandparent, Lisa Brzozowski; maternal grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Mertes, Plymouth; paternal grandparent, Jeff Goforth, Logansport; and four uncles, Austin Goforth, Fulton, Zack (Sydney) Brzozowski, Kewana, Josh (Victoria) Brzozowski, Peru, and Jacob (Ivy) Brzozowski, Peru.
