SYRACUSE — This Shop Small Saturday, Nov. 30,  join the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce and its members in celebrating the heart of the community. Local businesses are being asked to sponsor an ornament for just $100.

Each ornament will contain a $100 gift card, creating an exciting treasure hunt for shoppers as they discover these hidden gems while supporting local businesses. Once a shopper finds the ornament, they will take it to check out to have their photo taken. This initiative not only enhances the shopping experience, but also fuels local economic growth by encouraging patrons to shop within the Syracuse community.

By participating, local business owners are helping to strengthen the local economy and foster a sense of togetherness that defines the community’s identity. To sponsor an ornament, email the chamber at [email protected]

Syracuse businesses that have already purchased ornaments are: Oakwood Resort (purchased two), They Layne Team- Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, Rita Davis Remax Partners- Syracuse, McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapels, Town of Syracuse, Team Tuttle Mortgage, Urban Oaks Apartments, Eric Hammon Real Estate & Developing, Kraft Auction, Dynamic Spine & Rehabilitation Center. Teghtmeyer Ace Hardware, Hursey’s Inc. (purchased three), Northern Lakes Realty and Rich Beauty Parlor.

Other businesses participating by purchasing ornaments are: Ritter Electric, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, LeAnn Francis, Ruoff Mortgage, The Lakeside, Northern Lakes Insurance, The Paper, Wild Thing Tax, South Shore Social, Shades to Shutters, Pro Wake Watersports, Pro Wake Surf Shop, Brew City Roasting Company, Veritas Professional Development,, Eastlund Funeral Home, Angie Robbins, Ruoff Mortgage and Remax Partners, Syracuse.
