ONE TEN Announces Upcoming Change In Ownership
News Release
WARSAW — ONE TEN Craft Meatery announced an upcoming change in ownership in a letter sent on Monday, Nov. 25.
Jason Brown opened ONE TEN on Jan. 5, 2015. In a letter, Brown described his journey with ONE TEN before saying, “Now, after a memorable 10 years, it’s time for me to take a step back. On Jan. 5, 2025, we’ll celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it will also mark my final day as the owner of ONE TEN Craft Meatery. But this isn’t an ending — it’s a new beginning.”
“Chef Matt (Wallen), an experienced and talented executive chef with deep ties to Warsaw, will be taking the reins. Matt loves this place as much as I do and has assured me he’ll honor the legacy of ONE TEN while continuing to grow and evolve it. The staff you know and love will remain, along with the quality, service, and heart that define ONE TEN. I’ll be staying on through the end of the year to help with the transition and make sure the restaurant is set up for another decade of success,” said Brown.
ONE TEN will reopen for dinner service 5-9 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, starting Wednesday, Dec. 4, with a special Farewell Menu as a throwback to the first menu in 2015. This will be Brown’s last menu as a chef.
Brown thanks the community for its support.
