Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 12:44 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, West Old Road 30 and North CR 875W, Etna Green. Drivers: John Johnson, 41, West Old Road 30, Etna Green; and Brock Croussore, 34, North Thompson St., Bourbon. Croussore’s vehicle failed to yield the right of way at a turn and struck Johnson’s vehicle. Johnson’s vehicle rolled. Damage up to $25,000.

• 7:33 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, South SR 13 North, east of North CR 650E, Syracuse. Driver: Nichelle L. Whitehead, 35, West Henry St., Syracuse. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

• 1:40 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, South County Farm Road, south of East CR 200S. Driver: Christopher J. Courtois, 33, Latta Street, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.

• 2:35 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, North SR 15, south of West CR 600N, Warsaw. Driver: Rylan Cooper, 19, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.

• 10:24 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, West CR 350N and East Airport Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Joann M. Buchan, 41, North Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $10,000.

• 5:55 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, SR 13, south of South CR 1150E, Claypool. Driver: Jodi Barrett, 44, North SR 13, North Manchester. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

• 11:24 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, North CR 175E and East CR 175N, Warsaw. Driver: Steven R. Collins Jr., 19, East Wall Street, Liberty Mills. Collins’ vehicle slid on wet pavement, left the roadway and hit a tree. Damage up to $5,000.

• 6:32 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, North Enchanted Forest Lane and East Street of Dreams, Cromwell. Driver: Austin Messer, 19, CR 2, Middlebury. Messer was distracted and his vehicle struck a tree. Damage up to $10,000.

• 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, West CR 900N, east of North CR 250W, Milford. Driver: Gregory A. Burns, 49, West CR 300N, Etna Green. Hit deer. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 4:48 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, SR 15, north of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Jason L. Hostetler, 23, North Harrisburg Avenue, Gas City; and Jean-Louis Anderson, 29, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Hostetler received a phone call and looked down at his phone. When he looked up, he wasn’t able to stop in time. His vehicle hit Anderson’s. Anderson received a citation for driving while suspended. Damage up to $5,000.

• 3:46 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, SR 15, at West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Barbara A. Smeltzer, 63, State Street, La Porte; and Felicitas G. Ogachi, 47, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw. Smeltzer couldn’t stop in time. Her vehicle hit Ogachi’s. Damage up to $5,000.

• 8:53 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, US 30, at Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Keagen A. Elkins, 18, Hubertus Avenue, Fort Wayne; and Abdurohman B. Ahmed, 37, Silver Spring Avenue, Silver Spring, Md. Elkins said his side mirror was frozen and he couldn’t see Ahmed’s vehicle, causing a collision. Damage up to $10,000.

• 9:23 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, North SR 15, at East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Levi P. Schuler, 20, West Judson Road, Oregon, Ill.; Tyson A. Barnett, 50, West Market Street, Warsaw; and Kenneth A. Haack, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Schuler was talking with a passenger and didn’t notice the light was red. His vehicle went through the red light, hitting Barnett’s vehicle. Barnett’s vehicle then hit Haack’s vehicle. Barnett complained of neck pain and was taken to the hospital. Damage up to $25,000.

• 3:07 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, East Market Street, at South Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Quaytrell J. Ward, 23, South CR 300W, Columbia City; and Russell A. Schenck, 68, Sandpoint Drive, Warsaw. The windshield wipers on Ward’s vehicle stopped working. He went through a stop sign since he couldn’t see, and his vehicle hit Schenck’s. Schenck’s vehicle hit a sign and pole. Ward was issued a citation for operating without financial responsibility. Damage up to $25,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 5:50 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, East SR 14 and South 800E, Akron. Driver: Courtney Randall, 24, Akron. Vehicle left roadway. Airbags deployed, but Randall refused medical.

• 3:17 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, North US 31 and East 375N, Rochester. Drivers: Jessica Vine, 44, Grants Pass, Ore.; and Hugo Alvarez-Hernandez, 33, Albuquerque, N.M. Unspecified rear-end collision.

• 6:07 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, West CR 475 and North CR 400W, Rochester. Driver: Abigail Sullivan, 19, Rochester. Unspecified accident.
