Daniel E. Speicher II, 90, Urbana, died peacefully on Friday, Nov. 8.

He was born Sept. 26, 1934. He married Barbara Smith on May 25, 1958. The two spent sixty-two years together before Barbara passed away on July 15, 2020.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his son, Daniel “Sam” Speicher, Warsaw; daughters, Stephany (Jim) Underwood, Savannah, Georgia and Paula Speicher, North Manchester; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
